AI in sales support: how to test it without losing control
Learn how to test AI in sales support with a clear workflow, team oversight, and metrics that follow each inquiry through to the sales representative.

AI systems connected to your operations
Your project starts with an operational bottleneck. We define a tailored solution to reduce rework, improve customer service or organize information, using artificial intelligence where it makes sense and indicators to track the outcome.
We start with a bottleneck in your operation and choose one process to work on. We compare adjusting tools, connecting systems, automating with rules or using AI, according to what the problem calls for.
We analyze the chosen process within the contracted scope. You receive a recommendation and, if a viable solution exists, the scope and proposal to decide your next step.
Quoted per projectWe test a solution for one process, with defined channels, integrations and users. Acceptance criteria, human review and a stop condition are agreed before we start.
Quoted per projectWe bring the system into daily use, with the integrations, documentation and team guidance included in the scope. The proposal defines the period, metrics, report frequency and responsibilities.
Quoted per projectDeployment, follow-up, licenses and AI usage are listed separately in the proposal, with an agreed usage cap. The period, indicators and reports are also agreed before we start.
Websites
Design and copy to convey your business credibility and make contact easier. Optimization for Google searches (SEO) and content structured for artificial intelligence answers (AEO).
AI SDR
First response and follow-up with leads on WhatsApp, integrated with your CRM, with handoff to a person when the conversation calls for it.
AI automations and customer service
Answers to repeated questions, document queues and checks, with rules where rules are enough and AI where the language varies.
Tailored AI consulting
Guidance for a specific operational need: prioritizing a process, evaluating tools or organizing AI use. Deliverables, timeline and team participation are defined in the proposal.
In clinics and law firms, the system organizes administrative customer service and routes clinical or legal questions to the responsible professional.
Follow each decision, from the chosen bottleneck to the pilot outcome.
We analyze the chosen process, tools and bottleneck within the contracted scope. The recommendation may be to adjust what you already use.
We define deliverables, limits, owners and costs. We agree on the baseline measurement, acceptance criteria and follow-up period before approval.
We test the tailored solution in one defined process. After acceptance, we put the contracted work into operation, with the integrations, guidance and human review included in the scope.
We compare indicators against the baseline for the agreed period and at the agreed frequency. You follow progress through the contracted report or dashboard. Expansion requires a new scope and proposal.
How we decide what to build
For each workflow, we climb one step at a time. AI only comes in when the previous steps do not solve it.
The method is how we execute. The ladder is how we decide.
Step 1: Configure
Make better use of the tool you already have.
Step 2: Connect
Get two systems talking so nobody has to retype data.
Step 3: Automate with rules
A clear rule handles the predictable task.
Step 4: AI with human review
A model handles variable language, within limits, and a person reviews it.

We have worked on many projects throughout our journey. We have created robust AI solutions and customer service automations, as well as websites with refined design, complex architecture and strategic copy for our clients. Each project was carefully planned, starting with an analysis of the client’s needs and tailored to meet their goals.
Óticas Diniz. We developed an AI SDR to handle and qualify inquiries for the network’s locations in Curitiba and the surrounding metropolitan area. The solution routes these leads to each location’s sales team to continue the conversation.

Three people, three specialties. The person who designs the system is the one who supports its deployment.

Creative direction, product and brand
A graduate in Advertising, he has over 10 years of experience in design and marketing and has worked at major agencies such as V4 Company. He turns the process map into a product the team can use every day: screens, workflows, copy and the Korai identity.

Systems architecture, data and security
She holds a degree in Business Administration from Univille and a postgraduate qualification in Project Management. She designs how systems connect, where data lives and who can access what, before any line goes into production.

Commercial strategy and client relationships
Has a background in Public Relations and a graduate degree in Communication, Brands and Consumption. Listens before pitching and stays with each client through to results. Aligns expectations and next steps.
Short reads designed to help you decide calmly and strategically where AI belongs in your work and where it does not.

Korai Labs builds and deploys AI systems connected to service business operations. We start with one process and compare configuring, connecting, automating with rules or using AI with human review. We offer focused diagnostics, tailored pilots and deployment with contracted follow-up. We are based in Curitiba, Brazil, and serve companies across Brazil.
It is a free assessment of AI use in your company, produced by Kory from a business description and 10 questions. You see a preview; to unlock the full report on the page and download the PDF, you provide your name, email and phone number and consent to contact. It is for guidance and does not replace process analysis in a contracted project.
In 12 sections, the report covers your AI-ization level from 0 to 4, the main signals and your level across 7 dimensions with the answer behind each score, 3 workflows in your business with the simplest path for each, what not to do yet, data care and how to measure before you invest.
Not to start and view the preview. To unlock the full report and PDF, we ask for your name, email, phone number and consent to contact. Do not include personal data about clients, patients or your team in the business description or answers. You can also start a WhatsApp conversation or schedule a meeting.
Korai Labs systems take repetitive tasks off your team, like retyping data or answering the same question several times a day. Decisions, exceptions and contacts that need a person stay with the team, and every system has a handoff to a human and agreed review.
Not necessarily. The first step on our ladder is to configure the tool you already have, and the second is to connect your existing systems. We only suggest replacing something when the current system blocks the workflow, and the proposal explains why.
In four milestones: Diagnosis, Scope and proposal, Pilot and deployment, Measurement and follow-up. The first two define the recommendation and the contracted work; the third tests and brings the solution into use subject to acceptance. The fourth compares indicators against the baseline for the contracted period. Each deliverable has agreed criteria, and expansion to another process requires a new scope and proposal.
Pricing is by proposal and depends on the process, integrations and volume. Deployment, follow-up, licenses and AI usage are listed separately, with an agreed usage cap. The initial conversation helps us understand the bottleneck and suggest a next step. In-depth analysis, visits and additional deliverables need a defined scope and costs.
Follow-up covers the period, activities and limits defined in the proposal. It records metrics, report frequency, responsibilities, support terms and costs. You access indicators through the contracted format, such as an agreed report or dashboard. A new dashboard or expansion to another process must be included in the scope; changes require a new proposal.
Korai Labs is based in Curitiba and serves companies across Brazil remotely. Paraná, Santa Catarina and São Paulo are priorities for in-person meetings when included in the project. Visits depend on scheduling, scope and costs defined in the proposal.
We ask for the minimum data, define in advance where it is stored and who can access it, and follow Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD). Clinics and law firms have extra rules: the system never gives clinical or legal advice and routes those questions to the professional. The privacy policy explains use, retention period and deletion.
We do not promise guaranteed ROI, revenue or savings. Our commitment is to the deliverables, acceptance criteria and follow-up defined in the proposal. Results also depend on your operation; we compare the agreed indicators against the baseline, accounting for costs. The free diagnostic is for guidance and may contain inaccuracies.

We read every message and come back with a clear next step, no strings attached.
Thank you for reaching out. We will read it carefully and reply by the email or phone you provided.
Tell us where your operation gets stuck. We will understand the problem and assess together which process makes sense to improve first.
