AI-ization Diagnostic terms

These terms explain how the Kory AI-ization Diagnostic works and the conditions for using Korai Labs’ free service.

1. Who provides it

2. Free and complete diagnostic

You describe your business and answer 10 multiple-choice questions. Kory displays a free preview on the page. The full report and PDF are also free; to unlock them, you must provide a valid name, email and phone number and authorize Korai Labs to contact you about the diagnostic. You can withdraw that authorization through the privacy contact. Using the diagnostic does not require you to purchase a project.

3. Daily limit and availability

Free use allows up to two complete diagnostics per day, subject to availability. The daily limit resets at the beginning of each day in Brasília time. Security and capacity controls may limit access, including on shared networks. If you cannot continue, the page explains when to try again.

Starting to fill in the form does not consume a diagnostic. Use is counted when report generation begins; generation failures identified by the service restore that use. Reopening a previously generated report does not consume another diagnostic.

4. Report on the page

Generation may take about a minute. Keep the tab open and wait for completion. Access to the conversation depends on the session saved in your browser and service availability. After unlocking the full report, you can copy the text or download the PDF to keep a version. Closing the tab or clearing browser data may prevent session recovery.

5. Limits of the analysis

• The analysis is advisory and depends on the information you provide.
• It does not replace legal, clinical, accounting or employment advice.
• It does not guarantee financial gains, savings or a timeframe for results.
• The content is prepared with AI and may contain inaccuracies. You can request human review at ola.korailabs@gmail.com.
• The recommendation may be to adjust what you already use or not purchase a solution at this time.

6. Appropriate use and privacy

Provide accurate information about processes and tools that you are authorized to describe. Do not submit third-party personal data, sensitive data, identity documents, passwords or confidential information. Abusive use and attempts to compromise the service may be blocked. Data processing is explained in the Privacy policy.

7. Talking to the team

The authorization provided to unlock the report allows the team to contact you about the diagnostic; you can withdraw it at ola.korailabs@gmail.com. Starting a WhatsApp conversation or scheduling a meeting is a separate choice. Questions, access difficulties and review requests can be sent to the same email.

8. Jurisdiction

The courts of the consumer’s place of residence are chosen as the venue.
